Tis the Night

The wind howls as the wolves feast

On such a night where souls retreat.

The veil growing thinner by the hour

For the witches and demons time to devour.

What a massacre it must’ve been

In the old days with such lovely grins.

All creatures come to greet

Everyone they soon meet.

Let the blood moon soar high and low

For the earth is walked by many ghosts.

Even the air smells unclean

What night could it be but Halloween!
